Joseph (Joe) has worked with the firm since 2007. He has extensive experience appraising in the Western New Brunswick area including all types of residential property valuation such as single family, vacant land and multifamily for varied purposes such as financing, estate purposes, insurance claims, marital property settlement, and personal financial planning purposes. Joe is a Freemason and a member of the Upper River Valley Shrine Club who enjoys residential appraisal and spending time out of doors fishing, hunting, hiking and spending time with his three children. Joe was the winner of Nationwide Appraisal Services (NAS) Performance Award for 2020 for the Atlantic Canada Region.
With the firm since 2007, Joe specializes in residential appraisals in Western New Brunswick. He won the 2020 NAS Performance Award and enjoys the outdoors with his three children.
