John is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has been a fee appraiser with MacCarter Appraisals and Leech Appraisals since 1993.
John contributes a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients. His workload included matters relating to financing, dispute, litigation, insolvency, insurance matters, and historical values among others, and has been declared and expert witness before the court of Queen’s Bench.
During his limited downtime John enjoys fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
John has been a fee appraiser since 1993 and holds an AIC designation. He has broad experience, including litigation and insurance, and has served as an expert witness before the Court of Queen’s Bench.
